1. Introduction

This policy outlines the return and exchange terms applied by Alpha Vape Kuwait in accordance with Kuwaiti Consumer Protection Law and regulations related to health-sensitive products.

2. General Conditions

  • Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number, invoice, electronic receipt).
  • The product must be in its original condition and completely unused.
  • Opened or used items are not eligible, especially products that contact the mouth or contain nicotine.

3. Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Items

Under Kuwaiti law, health-related or personal-use items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, including:

  • Vape devices after unboxing.
  • Pods, coils, and disposable devices.
  • Nicotine liquids once the seal is broken.
  • Any product showing signs of use or tampering.

4. Cases Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Manufacturing defects.
  • Receiving the wrong item.
  • Receiving a damaged product before use.

Issues must be reported within 24–48 hours with photos or videos showing the defect.

5. Manufacturing Defect Conditions

  • The product must not have been misused.
  • The defect must exist before usage.
  • The product must be returned with all accessories and original packaging.

7. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed using the same payment method used initially.
  • If the order was paid via cash on delivery, the refund is issued in cash or via local bank transfer.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable once the order has been delivered.

8. Exchanges

  • Items with defects or incorrect items will be exchanged for an identical product.
  • If the item is not available, the customer may choose a replacement or claim a refund.

9. Kuwaiti Law Exceptions

According to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry regulations, health-sensitive products and consumables that are affected by opening the packaging are considered “final sale” and may only be returned in case of a manufacturing defect.

Alpha Vape Kuwait reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes become effective once published on the website.
